Is there a way to get Ambien in New Zealand?

Hi there. I've recently read the best resource out there for those suffering from fatigue... "From Fatigued to Fantastic". I've been suffering from CFS for 14 years now and I'm following the SHINE protocol to try and get my life back. The one area I've always struggled with is getting deep and refreshing sleep. I'm taking the revitalizing sleep formula which has helped a little but from many different sources I have read it would seem Ambien could help a lot. Unfortunately I live in New Zealand and it's not on the list of prescribed medicines. I've tried Eszopiclone and never again... terrible hang over and bad taste. I've also tried Clonazepam with mixed results. Is there anyway that you're aware of that I can obtain Ambien safely in New Zealand? Yours Sincerely, Determined to get better

Answer

Don't know, but your physician could also try trazodone 25-50 mg, cyclobenzaprine 3 mg and gabapentin 300-600 mg at bedtime.
