I am intrigued and fascinated by Dr. Teitelbaum's articles and recommendations. Where oh where may I purchase this product he recommends, "Bone Health" and also this "vitamin powder". I do not see any products on this website. Correct me if I am wrong on that. I am 54, an LPN, and have the bones of a 90 year old. Help!! Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum, YOU are "Right On" in what you recommend. The internet's best kept secret!

Answer

We have replaced Bone Health with a better approach. Either the Energy Revitalization System vitamin powder which has most of the key nutrients needed for optimizing bone density as well as for overall health. Take 1 scoop in the morning (just add water). In the evening, take strontium 688 mg (2 of the 344 mg tablets). This lowers costs, increases effectiveness, and markedly decreases the number of pills needed. In addition to this, drink 1 to 2 glasses of milk or have one to 2 servings of other dairy each day as a much safer calcium source. If you can't or don't use milk products, then you can take the OsteoStrong product for pills in the morning plus strontium 2 pills (344 mg each) in the evening. Be sure to go for walks in the sunshine, and consider optimization with bioidentical hormones if needed as well. In addition, the mineral silica 200 µg a day may also help the bone density.
