Dear Dr. Teitelbaum,

I'm writing this email to express my deepest gratitude to you for your work and the book you wrote, From Fatigued to Fantastic!

In 2008 when I found your book in the bookstore, it was like a godsend. I had been suffering for many years with long-term fatigue, short-term memory loss, anxiety, and other problems. I went to both allopathic and naturopathic doctors, and they all told me the same thing: they couldn't find anything diagnostically wrong with me. I was healthy and fit, but I just felt awful. I even had a doctor tell me I should begin an exercise program. When I explained that I was now tired all the time and in the past had been a dedicated exercise enthusiast working out 5-6 times a week for at least an hour, I got a blank look. It was then that I realized that I would have to figure out my own way back to wellness.

When I began to read your book, I thought, "Finally someone understands what I am going through!" After following your guidelines, I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in years and woke up feeling fantastic. I can't express my joy. Sometimes you don't know how bad off you are until you begin to feel better. Did I mention that prior to reading your book I practically lived on my sofa?

Gradually, I have been regaining my strength, piecing together a new life, and beginning to enjoy life again. I thank you for helping me to regain my life.

In wellness,

Angela D
