Recently, some friends sent me some articles about Lipid Replacement Therapy being helpful for Chronic Fatigue, so I was wondering if Phosphatidylcholines supplements would be useful.

Answer

Most phosphatidyl choline supplements are largely simply soybean oil and have little of the active component. The exception is PhosChol. This is a minor component of the phospholipid story, and many others (eg- Phosphatidyl Serine for adrenal balance) are more important. The key program is often given IV in a program researched by Dr Pat Kane and her husband.
