I have been managing CFS for 16 years with ups and downs but recently i had a severe crash and now I am starting over from zero. In fact, its the worst my CFS has been with regard to sleep and energy. In the past, my sleep cocktail of choice which worked pretty well with 25 mg of Trazodone, 25 mg of Klonpin, occasionally throwing in benadryl and or HTTP. When I have tried Ambien, my body seems to fight it and when I do sleep, taking another 1/2 or Intermezzo in the middle of the night never works and leaves me in an agitated sleepless state. Sonata did not work either. Now, I am taking 1 mg of Klonopin, 25mg of Trazodone, and 4 pills of your recommended sleep therapy. My sleep is still somewhat erratic and the next day sedation is rough. Do you have any better recommendations?
