Having had a non-reversible ileostomy over 20 years ago with a fibromyalgia and parkinson's diagnosis, I find all the oral medications my physician prescribes are not effective. What can you recommend for pain and tremors that I can ask my physician about?

Answer

I consider sublingual NADH 20 mg (over-the-counter) plus magnesium as tolerated (using a sustained release to decrease the diarrhea risk) for the Parkinsonian tremors. For the pain, read my book Pain Free 1-2-3 for a number of alternatives.
