I have tried using the protocol in your book: From Fatigued to Fantastic. I stopped after only 3 days, as I became very ill. I started again 10 days later. I hate to say this, but I feel worse. I am really discouraged. Thank you.
I'm orry you feel worse. I would recommend working with a holistic practitioner that can guide you. Sometimes people have a lot of sensitivities with the Fibromyalgia, and it helps to sort out what is doing what. You may want to consider adding in 1 thing at a time each 2 weeks so you can see what you reacted to, then leave out that item and continue to slowly add things in.
