Dark chocolate may sweeten the way to health. Taming high blood pressure may be downright delicious.

A small study recruited 10 men and 10 women with high blood pressure that had never been addressed. After consuming dark chocolate, 24-hour systolic blood pressures (the top number) dropped 12 points; diastolic blood pressures dipped 8.5 points.
