Strontium for Osteoporosis

Yet another study shows the mineral strontium (700 mg as strontium ranelate) to be highly effective for osteoporosis, increasing bone density by 7-15% over 4 years. Spine fractures also were much lower in the strontium group (vs. placebo). This has been demonstrated in a number of earlier studies.
