Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue, and Fibromyalgia are All Treatable

Exhausted?
Achy?
Brain fog?
Insomnia?
Doesn’t get better with rest or vacation?

This mix of symptoms represents an energy crisis called "chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)/fibromyalgia." In over half of cases, this condition is triggered by an infection, such as Long Covid, Lyme Disease, or Epstein-Barr Virus. It can also be triggered by a wide array of other energy stressors.

Unfortunately, despite countless studies, most doctors are simply not trained in recognizing or treating these conditions. In 85% of cases, they simply suggest that "We don’t know what's wrong with you, so you must be crazy."

That is just abusive and unacceptable. Because these illnesses are very treatable.

My research team has completed eight studies on effective treatments for these conditions. Our placebo-controlled study showed that following the S.H.I.N.E.® Protocol resulted in 91% of people improving with an average 90% increase in quality of life.

S.H.I.N.E.® addresses the energy crisis by holistically addressing five key areas of health:

Sleep
Hormonal optimization/Hypotension (POTS)
Infections
Nutrition
Exercise as able (just enough to prevent deconditioning)

These chronic fatigue related conditions, and how to recover from them, are discussed in detail in two of my books:

  1. From Fatigued to Fantastic. This book teaches your how to optimize energy and eliminate pain, including CFS/fibromyalgia. This book provides a great deal of detail. Those who prefer a shorter and simpler read should consider the next book.
  2. You Can Heal from Long Covid. Though focused on Long Covid, this book also applies to CFS/fibromyalgia and is a very short simple read.

If you would like a free information sheet with more detail on CFS, fibromyalgia, and Long Covid, I invite you to request them by emailing me at FatigueDoc@gmail.com. If you do, please feel free to tell me if you have severe sensitivities, chronic pain, or other related issues and I'll also send you additional information sheets to help you with those.

Nutritional Supplements to Support Normal, Healthy Energy

Aside from the above health issues and my recommendations to help you recover from them, there are nutritional supplements that can help support your body's natural levels of healthy energy production. I highly recommend the three below, which can be taken individually or in any combination — including all three together for maximum nutritional support.

  1. Energy Revitalization Drink Mix. One simple and tasty daily drink each morning delivers the equivalent of 30 vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other key nutrients. This is simply the very best multivitamin/multi nutrient in the world!
  2. HRG80™ Red Ginseng Chewable Tablet. In our study of 188 people, participants taking this red ginseng product on a daily basis reported substantially improved feeling of daily energy.
  3. Smart Energy System™. This product provides a unique combination of six powerhouse herbs and nutrients. In three of our studies, participants using this each day reported feeling notably increased stamina.

I recommend those looking for a good daily nutritional regimen that helps promote healthy energy begin by using one, or all, of the above supplements. When you do, prepare to be amazed at how your healthy energy gets turbocharged.

Love & Blessings,
