Woman going from sad to happy

Hello Reader,

Nearly one in five adults experiences depression. Among people with fibromyalgia, that rate rises to about 40%, which is similar to what’s seen in other serious conditions such as multiple sclerosis and cancer. It’s understandable, given the challenges of living with a life-disrupting illness that many doctors still struggle to treat effectively.

Much of our mood is influenced by biochemistry, though it’s far more complex than just a serotonin deficiency. As the saying goes, “Depression isn’t a Prozac deficiency.”

Other factors, such as immune and inflammatory changes along with nutritional deficiencies, play major roles in shaping how we feel. Fortunately, there are practical, evidence-based ways to help restore balance and move you from feeling depleted to feeling great again!

The simple, natural way to lift your mood and energy without the rollercoaster of traditional medications is Saffron Lift™, a remarkable EuroPharma product that combines saffron and a highly absorbable form of curcumin in a single capsule, taken twice daily.

For best results, I recommend pairing it with the Energy Revitalization Drink Mix each morning. Together, these two formulas provide comprehensive support for your brain, energy, and emotional well-being.

Stick with this combination for about six weeks, and don’t be surprised if you start to feel brighter, calmer, and more like yourself again.

Confidence and Beauty Summit

If you’ve been struggling with exhaustion, chronic pain, or thinning hair — you’re not imagining it. These symptoms are deeply connected.

In my talk at the Confidence and Beauty Summit: Real Root Cause Resolutions That Reverse Women’s Hair Loss Naturally, I share how stress and energy crises in the body trigger a domino effect of hormonal and nutritional imbalances that lead to hair loss, weight gain, and low libido.

You’ll learn how chronic stress impacts the hypothalamus — your body’s “master switch” for hormones, sleep, and energy — and how to restore balance using natural, research-backed solutions. We’ll cover how to rebuild energy, support your immune system, and help your body heal from within.

Join me for this empowering conversation that will give you hope and practical steps to feel strong, vibrant, and confident again.

Question to Dr. T on Getting Off Ambien

Q&A with Dr. T

Question:

I have fibromyalgia. I've been taking Ambien (10 mg) for three years and would like to stop taking it. Would one of your sleep aids help me with that? I also take nortriptyline (10 mg) 1x day, buspirone (5 mg) 1x day for anxiety (which doesn’t help), and Norco (10 mg) 1/2 tab 3-4 times a day.

Answer:

If you’re coming off Ambien, the key is going slow. I usually suggest lowering the dose by just 2.5 mg every couple of months, and slowing down even more if you need to. Stopping cold turkey is rough and often leads to a nasty stretch of rebound insomnia—sometimes a full 7–10 nights of barely sleeping.

Supplements such as the Melatonin EP120™ sustained release melatonin and the Revitalizing Sleep Formula can all make it easier to come off the sleep meds.
