NAC May Protect Against Hearing Loss
In a rat study, the amino acid N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC), which increases your body's production of a key antioxidant called "glutathione," helped protect against noise induced hearing loss.
NAC, and the other key glutathione producing nutrients glutamine, glycine and vitamin C, are already present in excellent levels in a good multivitamin powder.
