What could be causing my chronic neck pain?
I have followed the protocols for Fibromyalgia/CFIDS and have regained some of my health back; however, I am still getting terrible neck pain. What could be causing it, and what can I do about it?

Most often this is coming from muscle tightness, but as numerous other factors such as thyroid inflammation, sore throats, postnasal drip, and (rarely) even neck cancer can also cause pain, this should be evaluated by your physician.
