Does Energy Revitalization System contain Co-Q 10?
Does this product contain CO Q10? Why not? I read something about headaches as a side effect, but cannot find it now. Is this a side effect?

It is rare for it to cause headaches. The powder has what people should be getting from the diet. CoQ10 is made by our body and is not in the diet.
