Does eating dark chocolate raise cortisol levels?
If you have an elevated cortisol, won't it harm you to eat dark chocolate? Worried that it might raise your cortisol even more making you more fatigued.

OK to have chocolate. High cortisol could reflect need for ashwagandha and phosphatidyl serine to lower the cortisol or that one may actually need MORE cortisol and adrenal support. How the person feels in response to these answers the question of which of these is occuring.
