Study Participants: Small Shipping Mistake Made

Hello study participant,

We just discovered a mistake that was made in shipping the Smart Energy System™ to some of our study participants. Some packages went out with incorrect postage. As a result, some of you may receive a notice from the post office saying you've received a package with postage due (about $8-$15). But don't worry, we've fixed this mistake by reshipping another Smart Energy System™ package to those who were sent the one with the postage error.

So, all participants will receive at least one package to begin the study, though it may arrive a bit later than we originally planned. In addition, some of you may receive a notice from the post office saying you have a package with postage due (it's possible you may receive this one before the one we reshipped to you). If you wish, you can keep both packages. Just go ahead and pay the postage due to receive the second one and send us an email letting us know you did this along with how much it cost. We'll immediately send you a check to reimburse you for that amount. Since we've offered all participants a free order of the Smart Energy System by simply requesting it when you fill out the study forms, you can simply consider this second shipment to be your free order. (If you don't receive the package with postage due and yet you requested a free order of it, we'll still ship that to you after the end of the study as we promised).
