Dr. T,

I am really desperate to find a remedy for my CFS that has been going on for two years. I grabbed a copy of your two books titled From Fatigued to Fantastic and Real Cause Real Cure. I suspect I am suffering from a yeast infection. I am just a poor guy working away from my family. They rely on me so much. I can’t afford to lose my job because of my illness. I’ve found a supplement that looks like it could work, but this one is for women. I couldn’t find any other herbs mentioned in your book here in Abu Dhabi. Do you think this will work for me?

I hope you can reply back doc. GOD BLESS.

Answer

I would go with the probiotics and avoiding sugar instead. If candida is an issue, seeing if a local holistic physician would prescribe fluconazole 200 mg a day for 6 weeks is the best option. Also, most men have a suboptimal testosterone level as a major factor. See if you can get a total testosterone level, Free T4, TSH, ferritin, and vitamin B12 level blood testing done, and then have your doctor review the results. This will offer better guidance on what is most likely to help you instead of our simply guessing.

Love and Blessings,

Dr. T
