Is there a substitute for the powdered multi-vitamin Energy Revitalization System?

Published: April 17, 2013

Hi Dr. T. I have been seeing Dr Bullington in Atlanta for 2 and a half years, and have improved some, but still battle frequent flares of bone crushing fatigue. I have been on the energy revitalization powder all of this time, but when I have a flare cannot make myself take it-even on good days it is tough. Is there an equavalent in capsule form? I would rather take a handful of capsules than have the taste of the liquid. Please advise. Thank you.

There is no equivalent without at least 35 pills, but a reasonable alternative for those who don't like drink vitamins is 1 tab of the Natrol My Favorite Multiple -Take One a day, plus the Jigsaw magnesium 2 tabs 1-2 x day. This works very well for folks.
