Should you avoid nightshade vegetables if you have fibromyalgia?

I was told that you should avoid nightshade vegetables if you have fibromyalgia. Is this true?


No. A small subset of people with arthritis have sensitivity to nightshade veggies, but this is not an issue in FMS any more than other food sensitivities.
