What is best vitamin supplement for energy?
Hello. I had breast cancer 4 years ago and had my ovaries removed. I suffer from extreme fatigue and try to exercise but it makes me exhausted. Can you recommend a vitamin supplement that I may try? The doctors have checked my thyroid and every other possibility but I'm getting frustrated as I am so fatigued and find it hard to get through the day without a 4 hour nap. Thanks.
Answer
Certainly the Energy Revitalization System vitamin powder plus Ribose 5 gm a day and CoQ10 200 mg a day can be a good start for those who want more energy. Also, the Energy Analysis Program can tailor an energy optimization program to your case. I would also add tri-iodine 6.25 -12.5 mg a day and be sure the multi has vitamin D (The amount in the vitamin powder).
