Hi. I may I have low GABA as after completing the braverman nature assessment, it shows my most deficient nature to be GABA. I do suffer tension headaches and I have had my adrenals tested and I have high cortisol. What is the best way to treat low GABA? Thank you.

Answer

Depends on the associated symptoms, as the tests themselves are not (IMHO) very accurate. Can begin by simply taking GABA 500-1000 mg 1-2 x day.
