My basil temp is 96, I have ice cold feet and hands, could I still have thyroid issues even though my labs always show normal thyroid?

My Basil temp is 96,  I have ice cold feet and hands, especially in the winter.  My hair is getting thinner and thinner and I have chronic constipation.  These are all symptoms for low thyroid. The Dr will not prescribe Armour.  Could I have low thyroid even though my lab's always show  normal?  also I have noticed I urintae (I have measured) over the last two days and as much out as I take in.  I am juiceing Carrot/Apple and Lettuce  Greens/Apple plus drinking water and tea. I am on a Vegan diet.  Is there  something wrong inside.? Should I be urinating this much out?

You may want to see a holistic father to address whether you need thyroid hormone despite normal tests. They can also do simple tests to look for dehydration and other water imbalance issues.  There are over 1700 board certified holistic physicians.
