What are your recommendations for Pregnenolone?

I want to know more about Dr. T.'s recommendations regarding pregnenolone. How much should I take and why do people take it?


If you have had lab tests that show the levels are low or low normal, consider 10-25 mg a day. It's being low raises the concern of a possible viral infection as well so further evaluation may be necessary.
