Coenzyme Q10 Reduces Risk of Death By an Astounding 50%!

In a major 2-year study of 420 patients with heart failure, those who took CoQ10 supplements had half the risk of a "major cardiovascular event" (like a hospitalization from heart failure) and half the risk of death from any cause. (Ironically, most heart failure patients are treated with statins, which block the formation of CoQ10!) Interestingly, CFS and fibromyalgia are also associated with both coenzyme Q10 deficiency and heart and mitochondrial energy furnace dysfunction. Ribose and CoQ10 are 2 key ways to optimize energy production!
